Claudia Ceppi, MSW, RSW

Founder of Self Led Life | Registered Social Worker in Ontario & Alberta

My work is about self-leadership: knowing who you are, trusting yourself, and having the clarity and confidence to lead your life from there.

I know loss, single parenting, financial pressure, body shame, and the drive to be the perfect parent. I rebuilt my life and career while raising my daughter, and I know what living in survival feels like.

Those experiences became deeply connected to the work I chose to dedicate my life to.

I have spent years studying the places where so much of our life gets decided: self-worth, grief, trauma, body image, social comparison, intimacy, parenting, relationships, communication, cultural expectations, burnout, and the patterns families carry from one generation to the next.

Today, I work where those areas collide.

At work, it may look like burnout, overworking, second-guessing yourself, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling that your value depends on how much you achieve.

In relationships, it may show up as betrayal, conflict, loss of intimacy, people-pleasing, resentment, difficulty communicating, or losing your sense of yourself inside the relationship.

In parenting, it can be the pressure to get everything right, strong emotional triggers, guilt, or recognizing patterns from your own childhood showing up in the way you respond to your children.

Within yourself, it may be grief, low self-esteem, body shame, anxiety, perfectionism, social comparison, or the feeling that you have spent so much time meeting expectations that you are ready to know yourself more clearly.

What I Bring to the Work

My clinical work draws from advanced training in Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR therapy, IFIO couples therapy, relational therapy, somatic approaches, and conscious parenting.

I am a bilingual English and Spanish Registered Social Worker, and my perspective has also been shaped by extensive travel and living across different cultures. That experience has given me a deep respect for the role family, culture, identity, belonging, relationships, and expectations play in how we understand ourselves.

I bring all of that into the room.

We look at the whole picture: what you have lived through, what you learned about yourself, how those experiences show up in your body and relationships, how you respond under pressure, and what you want your life to look like now.

Why Self-Leadership

Self-leadership shows up everywhere.

It is the confidence you bring into work.

The way you communicate with the person you love.

The decisions you make when life changes.

The relationship you have with your body and your worth.

The way you parent when your child activates something deep inside you.

The boundaries you set.

The intimacy you create.

The patterns you choose to pass forward.

I believe there is a Self within us that carries wisdom, courage, compassion, confidence, creativity, and direction.

My work is about helping you know that Self well enough to lead from it.

Because when you trust yourself more deeply, your choices change. Your relationships change. Your parenting changes. The way you move through work and life changes.

And what you create from there can reach far beyond you.

Self Led Life is about becoming the person who leads what comes next.
